Who are Dynasty players

Dynasty created for former gamers, i.e. people over 25 that are used to play computer games but outgrew games for teenagers.

Our game is designed for working grown-up people. Its accessibility, its low playing time requirement, its depth that employ adult social skills are all designed to provide these people with a quality entertainment they wouldn't be ashamed of.

Rights of a player in computer game?

The expected number of participants in Dynasty exceeds 200,000 people. Company employees can not directly control such mass of people. This will be either ineffective, or extremely expensive. But ignoring the community will simply destroy it - bringing the end to the game.

Our goal is to create a feeling of ownership over the game for its players. Rather than being subject to tyrannical developers' rule they should be treated like a valuable partner. And being a partner they will be able to solve many problems on their own.

How will you conduct customer relations?

Here are a few examples of innovative features we want to introduce:

Player polls over bug fixing priority
Player polls on accepting serious game balance changes
Player-run administration that deals with player-to-player violations
Player-run jury that confirms account banning
Representatives of player community chosen by players.

Will you permit account transfer? What about selling in-game items for real cash?

We do not intend to force players into an unrealistic user agreement. Our position is to permit free transfer of all "material" achievements in the game between players. Game account is player's property and they are free to do whatever they like with it.

As a part of customer service we will provide players with means of secure transfer of this virtual property.
