Project Management Methodology

MPLAbs applies project management and versioning source control through its online system which is accessible by all team players, as well as by the client’s personnel. All project events are tracked in real time. Deliverables are submitted to the repositories that can be immediately accessed by the client. Hourly task online reports are filled by each team member and available for the client’s review. All of the reports are stored in MPLabs workflow archives which are dated back from 2005. MPLabs reuses this information to provide the most accurate benchmarking and project evaluation for its customers.

Project leaders are always available for communication. They can be easily reached online and by phone, or come to the customers offices upon request. They send status reports to the customer on a regular basis.
